Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ Mandamus, to directing the respondents herein to permit the petitioner herein to perform the quarry operations in SF No.791/1B measuring 1.91.0 Hecs in Thimmarasa Naickanur Bit-I, Aundipatty Taluk, Theni District, as per the lease agreement dated 18.11.2016 executed between the 1st respondent and the petitioner and consequently forbear the respondents from in any way preventing the petitioner from enjoying the benefit of quarry operation of removing the rough stone and gravel in his patta lands in SF.No.791/1B measuring 1.91.0 Hecs in Thimmarasa Naickanur Bit-I, Aundipatty Taluk, Theni District.
