ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would fairly admit that the subject properties belong to the petitioner's mother and therefore, the petitioner cannot maintain this writ petition. Therefore, the learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition by the competent person.

2.Granting such liberty to the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
