ORDER
The criminal original petition has been filed seeking to withdraw the case in Crime.No.188/2019, pending on the file of the fifth respondent, herein and entrust the same to the fourth respondent and also direct the first respondent to monitor the same and file final report.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police had filed the charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar and the same was not taken on file.
3.Therefore, there is no investigation pending on the file of the fifth respondent. The criminal original petition is dismissed.
