ORDER

Learned Additional Government Pleader submits that W.P.(MD)No.9149 of 2021 is directed against the order dated 17.09.2018 of the Revenue Divisional Officer. He points out that a revision petition was filed against the said order before the District Revenue Officer. In view thereof, nothing survives in W.P.(MD)No.9149 of 2021. Since the main writ petition has been rendered infructuous by subsequent events, it is unnecessary to restore such writ petition. Consequently, W.M.P.(MD)No.22619 of 2023 is dismissed without any order as to costs.
