O R D E R

This writ petition is filed to forbear the second respondent from interfering with the civil dispute of the petitioner by threatening to hand over the properties of the petitioner to the third respondent for the purpose of laying road in the patta land of the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocates appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government, on instructions, would submit that the second respondent did not take any proposal to form a road in the land of the petitioner.
