ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking quashment of the First Information Report in Crime No.151 of 2019, for the offences under Section 109, 294(b), 324, 506(2) of IPC and Section 4 of TN Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002, on the file of 1st respondent.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate would submit that charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni and it has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.61 of 2021.

3.In view of the above submission, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. The petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
