Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the stoppage of pension by respondent under Na. Ka. No. 10552/2016 dated 21.10.2016 and quash the same and direct the respondent to provide monthly pension to the petitioner from September, 2014 within the period stipulated by this Honourable Court.
