This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the impugned order of the respondents 1 and 2 in Na.Ka.No.129/Muham/Ka Thu Ka/Alangulam/ 2022, dated 02.08.2022 and Na.Ka.No. 14/Se.Mu.Aa/ H6Ps/2022, dated .. 07.2022 respectively and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to grant permission and protection for conducting Temple Festival on 09.08.2022 and 10.08.2022 or any other future date in "Arulmigu Sri Pathirakali Amman Thirukovil, Ramasamy Thirukovil and Muppidathi Amman Thirukovil" Arunachalampatti Village, Keela Kadayam, Alangulam Taluk, Tenkasi District.

2.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) who took notice on behalf the respondents, submitted that based on the direction of this Court, earlier representation of the petitioner was considered and rejected by the impugned order stating that the civil case in O.S.No.205 of 2015 is pending before the Civil Court, Ambasamuthram and also there is Law and Order Problem. He further submitted that the civil suit in O.S.No.205 of 2015 filed by the petitioner was dismissed on 06.08.2022.
3. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner sought permission to conduct the temple festival on 09.08.2022 and 10.08.2022, but now, the said dates are over. Hence, the decided to conduct the festival on 23.08.2022 and 24.08.2022. In this regard, he gave a fresh representation.
4. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the Director General of Police, Tamil Nadu, Chennai had issued a circular memorandum in Rc. 007301/Genl.I (1)/2019 dated 09.04.2019 along with instructions to the 3/6
Inspectors of Police throughout Tamil Nadu for consideration of applications seeking permission for conducting cultural programme. Therefore, in view of the detailed circular and guidelines issued by the Director General of Police, the second respondent police is hereby directed to consider the fresh representation of the petitioner and pass suitable orders based on the above said circular.
