ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. 2.By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The petitioner claims to be the owner of the property in Survey No.384/5C in Karuppur Village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District. He filed an application before the second respondent on 30.06.2016 to survey and measure the property and he has also paid necessary fees on 06.06.2016. Since no order has been passed, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In the above circumstances, the second and third respondents are directed to consider the application of the petitioner, dated 30.06.2016 and pass appropriate orders, with regard to survey of the land and to fix boundaries as per revenue records, after issuing notice to the neighbouring land owners. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
