Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to conduct survey the petitioner's land in Survey Nos.296/16A and 296/16C which is situated at Ekkatchimedu, Alagapuri Village, Marunkapuri Taluk, Trichy District on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 02.11.2015.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. 2.By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The petitioner claims to be the owner of the property in Survey Nos.296/16A and 296/16C in Ekkatchimedu, Alagapuri Village, Marunkapuri Taluk, Trichy District. He filed an application before the second respondent to survey and measure the property and he has also paid necessary fees on 01.10.2015. been passed, he has sent a representation on 02.11.2015. Despite the same, no order has been passed, hence the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.

4.Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner's application is pending from the month of November, 2015, the second and third respondents are directed to consider the application of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, with regard to survey of the land and to fix boundaries as per revenue records, after issuing notice to the neighbouring land owners. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
