The Tahsildar, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District :Respondent Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus by directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.07.2016 submitted to the respondent with regard to the issuance of patta in respect of the property in Survey No. 470/1B, No.81, Pullamadai Group, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulated as prescribed by this Court.

O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondent to issue computer patta after making necessary entry of the petitioner's name in respect of the property situated in Survey No. 470/1B, No.81, Pullamadai Group, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District. To that effect petitioner has also made representation dated 05.07.2016. It is stated that the said representation has not been considered so far.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the said computer patta is very much required for the purpose of paying premium for crop insurance.

3. Therefore, the respondent is directed to consider the said representation of the petitioner dated 05.07.2016 and pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
