O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 18.07.2018 seeking for transfer of patta pertaining to his property measuring an extent of 61⁄2 cents in Old S.No.255/7 of Kallal Group, Karaikudi Taluk, Sivagangai District, within a time limit to be stipulated by this Court.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent.

3. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the following directions:- i. The respondent shall consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.07.2018 subject to the petitioner giving particulars of the partition between the vendor and his brothers.

ii. This exercise shall be completed by the respondent, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, subject to the petitioner complying with the above direction.

iii. In any event, the respondent shall send a letter to the petitioner asking him to produce the documents required for the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.07.2018.

iv. No costs.
