ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the impugned order passed by the second respondent dated 05.10.2018 and consequently to direct the respondents to consider and pass order on the application of the petitioner dated 24.09.2018 submitted under Rule 4(3) of Tamil Nadu Panchayat Building Rules 1997.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the sole petitioner died.

3.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
