JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was delivered by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Writ Appeal is directed against the order dated 29.03.2023 passed in W.P.(MD)No.706 of 2023 on the file of this Court. 2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 3 submitted that the issue involved in this Writ Appeal is squarely covered by the decision of the recent Division Bench of this Court in W.A.(MD)Nos.294 of 2024 etc., batch, dated 26.03.2024, wherein the Division Bench by following the judgment of the Division Bench dated 13.10.2023 in W.A. (MD)Nos.554 of 2023 etc., batch dismissed the said Writ Appeals. 3.The said submission is not refuted by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant.

4.In the light of the aforesaid decision of the Division Bench, since the issue involved in this Writ Appeal is squarely covered by the decision of the Division Bench dated 26.03.2024, we are inclined to dismiss this Writ Appeal on the same line. Accordingly, this Writ Appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
