2.Considering the rival submissions, this Court by its earlier order dated 09.06.2025 referred the matters to the mediation and also appointed Mr.K.P.Narayana Kumar, a Senior Counsel as Mediator. 3.It is now reported by the learned counsel on either side that on the best efforts of the Mediator, the issue has been amicably settled between the parties. A mediation report has also been produced before this Court.
