ORDER
The petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate III, Nagercoil to dispose of the petition in CrlMP.No.4764 of 2024 within a stipulated period 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition in CrlMP.No.4764 of 2024 was filed on 23.09.2024 to refer the complaint to the respondent police for investigation, however it is not decided so far and the matter is periodically adjourned. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) on instructions submits that the petitioner, who had filed the above petition, has not appeared before the court for enquiry on most of the hearings. However, in the petition in CrlMP.No.4764 of 2024 an order has been passed on 25.06.2025 referring the complaint to the respondent police to conduct preliminary investigation.

4.Since orders have been passed in the petition filed by the petitioner, this petition is closed.
