Respondents Prayer :- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the impugned Circular dated 21.08.2020 under proceedings No.Nill on the file of the third respondent, to call for the consequential impugned Circular dated 01.09.2020, under proceedings No.Nil, on the file of the third respondent and its further impugned circular dated Nil, under Proceeding No.Nil, on the file of the third respondent pertaining to conductance of examinations for the distance education programme for the year April-2020 and to quash the same as illegal in the light of non-disclosure of the results of the petitioners for the examination undergone by him for the respective courses for the year November-2019 and direct the respondent to publish the results of the examination written by the petitioner for the year November 2019 within the time bound as fixed by this Court and thereafter, to conduct examinations for next semester.

For R2 and R3 : Mr.J.Jeyaraman COMMON ORDER The above writ petitions have been filed challenging the impugned Circulars dated 21.08.2020 and 01.09.2020 under proceedings No.Nill on the file of the third respondent and its further impugned circular dated Nil, under Proceeding No.Nil, on the file of the third respondent pertaining to the conduct of examinations for the distance education programme for the year April-2020 and to quash the same as illegal in the light of non-disclosure of the results of the petitioners for the examination undergone by them for the courses of B.A, B.Com, M.B.A and M.A, History respectively for the year November-2019 and direct the respondents to publish the results of the examination written by the petitioners for the year November 2019 within the time bound as fixed by this Court and thereafter, to conduct examinations for next semester.
2. Today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 has produced the consolidated status relating to the writ petitions. The statement would indicate that all the petitioners have passed the final exam. However, five of them have not paid their tuition fee. The learned counsel, on instructions, would further submit that the respondents 2 and 3 are ready to hand over the mark list, if the petitioners approach them and as regards the students, for whom there is no tuition fee due, the mark list would be handed over and as regards others, for whom tuition fee is due, the mark list would be handed over subject to the payment of the tuition fee by them.
3. Recording the above submissions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
