ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction directing the second respondent to issue the title name as Theni Reporters fortnight magazine in Tamil language to the petitioner on the basis of his representation dated 26.10.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.The representation submitted by the petitioner dated 26.10.2018 cannot be considered after a period of six years. However, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation before the authority concerned on fresh cause of action. 4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
