ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the 2nd respondent to conduct proper enquiry and take appropriate action on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 01.09.2021 in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. Even though the Writ Petition has been filed for issuing a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to conduct the proper enquiry, however, when the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petition is under enquiry and the petitioner shall appear before the 2nd respondent for the enquiry and complete the enquiry. The grievance of the petitioner is redressed and hence, no further adjudication is required and no positive direction is necessary to be issued to the second respondent in this matter.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
