ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking order to set aside the order passed in CMP.NO.3203/2018 in STC.No.741/2018 on the file of the learned Fast Track Court, (Magisterial Level), Nagercoil Kanyakumari District dated 07.09.2018 and to call the witness Jeyakumar for examining him as a defence witness. 2.When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the trial has been completed before the trial Court and the case has been disposed of on 17.03.2021 and against which appeal has also been filed. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
