ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 353 IPC 21(1) of 1/3

Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime No.119 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that it is a second anticipatory bail petition and the earlier petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD).No.10600 of 2023, dated 19.08.2023, this Court has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner, but, he has not complied with the condition imposed by this Court and filed the present petition and hence, seeks dismissal of this petition.

3. In view of the above said fact that without complying the earlier order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.10600 of 2023, dated 19.08.2023, the petitioner has filed the present petition, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
