RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner made in Crl.O.P. (MD) No. 12349 of 2021 dated 27.08.2021 in so far as to appear before the Perambalur Police.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. ANGUSAMY.V., Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12349 of 2021, dated 27.08.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 03.092021, without fail.

3. The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12349 of 2021, dated 27.08.2021 is modified. However, the petitioner shall https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

report before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
