When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the petitioner had already filed a writ petition seeking the same relief and that this Court had passed an order in that matter. Now, the petitioner has once again filed the present writ petition, seeking the same relief as of the earlier one.

2. Recording the said submission and as no fresh cause of action arises for filing the present writ petition, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
