Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.4878/VI/E3/2019 dated 23.03.2020 on the file of the Respondent No.4 and quash the same as illegal and consequently for a direction, directing the respondents to re-fix the scale of pay of the petitioner at Rs.2000-3500 on par with the scale of pay sanctioned to similarly placed vocational instructors by extending the benefit of Government order in G.O. (1D).No.327, Education Department dated 18.11.2013 along with consequential monetary benefits to the petitioner for the service rendered in the post of Vocational Instructor within the time period stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
It is represented by the learned Government Advocate that the issue raised in this writ petition has already come up for consideration before a learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.(MD) No.4713 of 2020 and the said writ petition was dismissed by an order dated 14.12.2022 and also placed a copy of the said order before this Court.
2. From the perusal of the said order, it is noticed that issue raised in the said writ petition is similar to the issue involved in the present writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioners has also not disputed about the said fact. In view of the same and for the reasons assigned in the said order dated 14.12.2022 in W.P.(MD) No.4713 of 2020, this Writ Petition is also dismissed. No costs..
