This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to consider the petitioner's representations dated 01.09.2021 and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 5 to take appropriate action against the respondents 6 to 9.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents police submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondents police on 01.09.2021 and the same is still pending.

3.Considering the above, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 01.09.2021, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter party and pass orders on merits, in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
