ORDER : The Court made the following order :- 1/3
The petitioner/Accused No.3, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 307, 324 of IPC, in Crime No.1184 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The FIR is of the year 2021. The defacto complainant lodged a complaint stating that the case of the prosecution as per the final report that was prepared on 14.07.2021 is that the first accused and the defacto complainant were friends, later developed some affairs also. That was suspected by the defacto complainant's husband. They want the first accused not to visit her house. In spite of that the above said visit was made by the petitioner. On particular date namely on 05.08.2020 at about 5.30 p.m. the accused joined together and caused assault to the husband.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that head injury was sustained by the defacto complainant's husband. Final report has also been filed and the same was taken cognizance.
4.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, let the petitioner appear before the committal Court and execute bond 2/3
under Section 82 Cr.P.C.
5.This criminal original petition stands disposed of with the above said direction.
