PRAYER:- Writ Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to disburse provident fund, gratuity, bonus, leave salary, salary form 27.11.2017 till 31.08.2018 and other retirement, monetary and attendant benefit on the basis of the representation dated 28.09.2018 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioner is stated to have passed away in 2019. That apart, post his demise, his wife has approached this Court by filing W.P(MD)No.6635 of 2021 seeking the same relief as in the present Writ Petition for disbursal of retirement benefits enuring to her https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.[MD]No.21487 of 2018 husband. That Writ Petition has been allowed on 24.03.2021. The benefits are stated to have been handed over. Recording the aforesaid, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
