2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, if the petitioner wants to conduct any further demonstration, it is always open to her to make necessary application before the authority. No costs.
