PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the third respondent pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.3000/A3/2018 dated 30.07.2018 and to quash the same and to direct the third respondent to pay a sum of Rs.80,415/- towards the loss and damages incurred to the petitioner because of the unlawful and illegal suspension order dated 04.12.1998 by the third respondent in RC.No.6525/A2/98 with interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the date of the illegal suspension order as stated above.
