PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents No. 1 to 5 to take necessary action against the Respondents No. 6 and 7 by conducting an enquiry based on the Petitioner Representation dated 26.07.2022, within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents No. 1 to 5 to take necessary action against the Respondents No. 6 and 7 by conducting an enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 26.07.2022, within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by this petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in C.No.A4/5119/2022. Similarly, the counter party has given a complaint that was also enquired along with the present complaint. During the course of the investigation, it is found that it is an issue between the 2/4

parties over a land. Therefore, by advising the parties to resolve the issue through appropriate civil proceedings, the complaints were closed.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this case. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
