O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No. 249 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that in this case, investigation is completed and charge sheet is ready. He further submits that the accused have attacked the victim brutally and caused head injury.

3.Considering that the investigation has been completed, also considering the nature of offence and injury, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed with a direction to the respondent police to file a final report 2/4

within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioners are at liberty to challenge the same, if they are having any ground.
