This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.142 of 2021, on the file of the first respondent.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the civil dispute existed between the defacto complainant and themselves, is decided in their favour and hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the this petition with a liberty to challenge the final report.

3. Considering the request of the petitioners and considering the peculiar circumstances of the case, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed, with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
