This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to form a high level committee and conduct an enquiry based on the objection of the petitioner dated 01.09.2018 and consequently forbearing the 2/5

respondents 1 to 5 not to process the application of the seventh respondent for running the business of 'M/s.Venkateswara Traders' and pass appropriate orders afresh.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
