This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to cancel the Receipt, dated 18.08.2021, registered as Document No.1307 of 2021.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the first respondent submitted that the receipt dated 18.08.2021, has already been cancelled on 04.08.2022. The relevant document was also placed before this Court.
