ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to grant fund to the petitioner under the Chief Minister's Relief Fund.
2. The petitioner's son died in an accident. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court seeking compensation under the Chief Minister's Relief Fund.
3. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's representation has already been forwarded by the first respondent to the Secretary, Transport Department, on 30.05.2025.
4. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date 2/4
of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
