ORDER

The petitioner is working as Junior Engineer in the respondents Transport Corporation without any blemish. On 28.12.2015 29.12.2015, 30.12.2015, 31.12.2015, 02.01.2016 and 03.01.2016, the Branch Manager had marked absent and deducted salary for the said dates without any reason, even though the petitioner had attended duty. Therefore, he sent a representation dated 11.02.2016 to the first respondent. As the same has not been considered, the petitioner has sought for this Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to take necessary action based on the petitioner's representation dated 11.02.2016 and remit the petitioner's salary for the said dates on which the petitioner was marked absent wrongfully.

2.The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that it is agreeable for the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.02.2016 and to pass orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to consider the

representation of the petitioner dated 11.02.2016 and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
