To extend the time for furnishing sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate,Sivagiri as per the anticipatory bail order of this Honble Court in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.9945 of 2023, order dated 08.06.2023.
Common Order : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.BHASKAR, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of Mr.B.NAMBI SELVAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent in both the petitions, the Court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to modify the condition imposed in the order dated 08.06.2023 and to extend the time limit to comply with the condition prescribed in the order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.9945 of 2023 dated 08.06.2023.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioners are same family members, common sureties may be ordered in the conditions imposed by order dated 08.06.2023. and they seeks time to produce sureties, since the petitioners are unable to execute sureties within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court.
3. Being satisfied with the reasons, one of the condition vide order in Crl.O.P (MD) No.9945 of 2023 for producing sureties, is modified and petitioners are ordered to produce common sureties before the concerned Court. The other conditions
remain unchanged and the time granted by this Court for producing sureties, vide order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.9945 of 2023 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
