The petitioner, who is working as a B.T. Assistant (Tamil) in the ninth respondent School had given a representation dated 26.02.2024 2/5

to the third respondent for redeployment in accordance with the Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.146, School Education Department, dated 28.06.2024. Since the representation has not yet been considered, she has come up with the present petition.

2. Since the above Government Order permits deployment in case of available vacancy, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.02.2024 in the light of the said Government Order and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
