ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents. 2.By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The petitioner claims to be the owner of the property in Survey No.439/11 in Velampatti Village Group, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District, to an extent of 5 cents. He filed an application before the second and third respondents on 11.11.2016, to measure his property and also paid necessary fees. So far no order has been passed. Hence, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

4.In the above circumstances, the second and third respondents are directed to consider the application of the petitioner, dated 11.11.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, with regard to survey of the land and to fix boundaries as per revenue records, after issuing notice to the neighbouring land owners. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
