Respondents PRAYER : This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to implement and revoke the petitioner's suspension on the basis of recommendation order issued by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.343/CV2/2020 dated 14.10.2020 and consequently for allotment of any shop to work as a Supervisor within the time stipulated by this Court.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the suspension order issued by the third respondent dated 09.04.2020 was revoked on 12.12.2020 and now, the petitioner has been allowed to work as a Salesman in Shop No.10519. Therefore, the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
