Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachment made by the sixth respondent made on the Naithalur to Purasampatti Road, Near Transformer, CVP Iyyar Cannel and water tank by way of destroying the pipe line in the cannel and preventing the respondents 4 and 5 from laying the metal road pursuant to the tender in Na.Ka.A2/1804/2016 dated 13.07.2016 on the file of the fourth

[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN,J.] The identity of the property in respect of which the petitioner seeks an order of eviction is not indicated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. We therefore do not find any reason to issue a Mandamus as prayed for by the petitioner.
2. In the upshot, we dismiss the writ petition. We make it clear that this order would not stand in the way of the petitioner from filing a comprehensive writ petition indicating the correct Survey Number and the nature of the property. No costs.
