ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking direction to the respondent Nos.1 & 2 to instruct the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 02.08.2022.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is father of the 4th respondent and he is an alcoholic and also getting loan from various persons. The petitioner has repaid the amount which borrowed by the 4th respondent from various persons. Due to family dispute, the 4th respondent has preferred a complaint against the petitioner. He further submitted that, under these circumstances the 3rd respondent police harassing the petitioner and his family members. Hence, the petitioner gave a representation dated 02.08.2022 to the respondent Nos.1 & 2, but no action has been taken. Hence, this petition.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (crl. side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the 4th respondent is son of the petitioner who gave the complaint against the petitioner and alleged that his certificates were burnt by the petitioner and the same was registered in CSR No.315 of 2022. The said submission is recorded.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission, the 3rd respondent/Inspector of Police is hereby directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 02.08.2022 and also conduct enquiry based on the complaint given by the 4th respondent without harassing the petitioner. 5.With these observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
