This petition is filed to direct the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.10 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police. 1/4

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.10 of 2020, which was registered against the accused persons, for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 468, 471 and 120(b) of IPC. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after lapse of two years, there is no progress in the investigation. Hence, this petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police seeks two months time to complete the investigation and file a final report.
