Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of MAndamus directing the 4th respondent herein to take immediate action for removing the illegal encroachments made in Survey No. 247/2 situated at in Veerapatti Village , Mathipanoor Bit I Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District on the basis of petitioner representation dated 22/07/2020 within the time stipulated by this Honble Court.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. B. Santhanam Rajesh Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. S.P. Maharajan, Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4, this Court made the following order:
