The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court dated 23.04.2024 made in W.P(MD) No.9832 of 2024.

2. In violation of the orders passed by this Court, an order was passed on 03.09.2024, which was quashed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.19226 of 2024.
