Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the third respondent and his subordinates from removing and demolishing the bunk shop put up by the petitioner in the place namely Paramakudi, Thayamangalam Road bearing Pula No.24/4 pending disposal of the appeal dated 04.11.2016 on the file of the first respondent. [Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.] The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition with the following prayer:

"Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the third respondent and his subordinates from removing and demolishing the bunk shop put up by the petitioner in the place, namely https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Government Advocate, taking notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, submitted that already bunk shop has been removed. In view of the same, nothing survives in this Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
