Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. This criminal original petition has been filed for quashing the First Information Report in Crime No.355 of 2021 registered on the file of Lalapet police station.

3. The victim Agalya is present in person before me. The first petitioner admits that he beat up the second respondent and serious injuries have been caused to her. The second respondent also wants this Court to close the matter. The parties have filed a joint compromise memo.

4. The first petitioner is having one previous case. The first petitioner undertakes that he will conduct himself properly in future. Taking note of the age and background of the first petitioner, I am inclined to show indulgence. Therefore, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

2 CRL.O.P.(MD)NO.14443 OF 2021 impugned First Information Report is quashed. This criminal original petition is allowed.
