ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2. According to the petitioner, there is a business transaction between the petitioner and the second respondent and during the course of business there arose a dispute, with regard which the second respondent has lodged a complaint before the first respondent. Now based on the same, the first respondent is harassing the petitioner. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the second respondent, enquiry has been conducted and since the enquiry reveals the dispute between the parties is of civil in nature, the first respondent closed the complaint. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. Considering the fact that since the complaint lodged by the second respondent has been enquired into and closed, no further order is required in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
