ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 & 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.713 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that, earlier, these petitioners have moved an anticipatory bail application in Crl.OP.(MD)No.11608 of 2021 and the same was dismissed as withdrawn on 24.08.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Suppressing the above fact, these petitioners has engaged another counsel and filed this petition. Since the petitioners have not approached this Court with clean hands, they have not entitled for the discretionary relief. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
