ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner for appointment to the post of Lab-Technician Grade - II taking into consideration of the petitioner's qualification of CMLT and considering the petitioner's representation dated 28.06.2019, within the period that may be fixed by this Court.
2.Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the first respondent would consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.06.2019 and pass appropriate orders, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.Recording the abovesaid submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 28.06.2019, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.This Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above direction. No costs.
